QUALITY POLICY |

For ensuring overall excellence in quality of
engineering and so the plant performance, we undertake
GUARANTEE of the following: |

All electrical motors & Gear Boxes will be of Crompton Greaves
/ ABB / Greaves / Bonfiglioli |
|
All outside supplier to provide all relevant conformance
certificates. |
|
Certificates for materials quality used shall be provided
along with sample |
|
Vendor shall provide complete internal test certifications for
all fabricated equipment to satisfy the quality assurance
which would generally include |
|
Random dye penetration testing for all SS weld joints |
|
Pneumatic and Hydro static pressure testing as defined |
|
All piping, valves, fittings, etc will be of MOC as defined in
the P+I diagram |
|
All SS visible parts shall be buffed & polished |
|
All MS visible parts shall be coated with 2 coats of
appropriate primer & industrial code point. |
